Mark Mitchley
CEO
Our CEO is Mark Mitchley who has extensive experience of school improvement and senior leadership including headship in primary, secondary and tertiary settings. He has led three different schools to move them from inadequate or requires improvement to good and better. He is a serving OFSTED inspector, in all phases, and former lead inspector and has a passion for school improvement. He is also an author.
Mike Wilson
Headteacher
The Headteacher is Mike Wilson. As a Headteacher he has been responsible for moving schools from inadequate and requires improvement to good. He has extensive experience of school improvement and headship including in primary, secondary and tertiary settings. He is a lead OFSTED inspector in all settings and puts children’s wellbeing at the heart of everything he does.
Sally Allen
Director of Finance and Operations
Out finance and logistics leader is Sally Allen. She has lengthy experience in the financial sector and is a mentor and member of ISBL. She has significant financial management and business experience.
Board of Trustees
Board of Trustees
Our Board of Trustees have successfully taken both schools through numerous OFSTED inspections. They comprise a former headteacher; former chief accountant and several finance executives and business leaders amongst their number and Trustees also have experience of serving in local government. As with all professionals associated with our Trust, children come first with them.
