The College careers programme helps students make informed decisions about university, higher education, apprenticeships, employment and other progression routes. Support is tailored to students’ intended destinations and individual needs.

Core careers entitlement

Year 12

Unifrog induction and ongoing use; exploration of university, apprenticeships, employment and other post-18 pathways; Life Skills careers learning; higher education and employer encounters; work experience; careers fairs, talks, visits and workshops; access to personal careers guidance; preparation for applications.

Year 13

UCAS, apprenticeship and employment applications; CV, personal statement and application support; interview preparation; continued employer, university and provider encounters; impartial personal careers guidance; intended destination tracking; results-day and transition support.
